The High from Salvia
Different people feel differently when using salvia but there is a basic level of what you should be prepared to expect when high from salvia. The intensity level varies depending on the user’s tolerance to the drug, the dosage level, how it is used, and various other important factors. The experience you get when high from salvia is a lot different than you would get from other types of vision inducing drugs and herbs. There are a lot of advantages to using salvia. You can’t fatally overdose on salvia leaves, it’s not addictive, it’s legal in many areas, the high is temporary and within an hour you are normal, and hangover type effects are a rarity. However, it is important that you understand what the high will be like before you use the salvia.
The High
The high will usually kick in almost instantly. You should feel a buzz from the salvia within about a minute after using it. The strongest part of the high lasts for about six minutes and then for the next half hour it will gradually weaken. Within an hour, the high should be gone in most cases. Chewing the salvia leaves will cause the strongest effects to occur at around 15 minutes and hit a climax at half an hour after consuming them. The climax can last anywhere from half an hour to an hour when you use salvia by chewing the leaves. The next 30 minutes to an hour will be the high diminishing gradually. You should be prepared to expect your vision to change. You could see things that are not really there and it could cause yourself to fall, walk into things, and much more. The high somewhat feels like you are in a dream. After the high is over, you will probably feel like you have a cleared head and you are refreshed.
