Dosage of Salvia
The amount of salvia that you will need to take to get high will vary depending on a number of factors. Everyone is different and each person will have a different tolerance level but you can get a rough idea (for the average person) how much salvia is needed to get high based on the ingestion method. The way that you use the salvia will determine roughly how much you need to get high.
Dosage
Salvia is usually served in salvia leaves (dried) or extract and the dosage size which will get you high pretty much depends on the potency of the salvia. However, you can get a rough idea for the average potency and person but those are too many uncontrollable factors to rely on the average that is given to you. About a quarter to a half of a gram smoked should get you high but it could take up to a gram in some cases or more depending on the potency and your tolerance. Chewing the salvia leaves will usually take about two to ten grams of dried salvia leaves. If they are fresh, it takes about five times that. If you are getting salvia extract then it’s a lot different and you could only need a tenth of a gram to a quarter of a gram.
There is no way to get an exact number of what will get you high but you can get a good idea. It usually doesn’t take that much for you to get high. People also won’t build up a tolerance level for salvia so you can’t try to top your normal dosage size either.
