Inhaling the Salvia Smoke
Once you are prepared to beginning smoking the salvia you should take a huge breath of fresh air and let it out. This will empty out your lungs so they are ready to be filled with the salvia smoke. Right after that you will have to light up the leaves in the bowl (preferably with a butane torch lighter) and inhale the smoke. Try to hold the smoke for about 20-30 seconds if possible and then let it out. This will allow the salvinorin to absorb from the smoke. Exhaling too early will cause the salvinorin contents not to get absorbed and that is wasting the product and the high will not be as enjoyable.
Keep in mind that the salvinorin contents only activate in the product when heated at high temperatures so a butane torch lighter would really be best. The way that extract fortified salvia leaves are smoked is pretty much the same as you would always smoke salvia but it’s just a different form of it. Just use this guide and you probably won’t run into any problems when you are smoking salvia.
