What a Sitter Does
There are a variety of things that a sitter must do. The main job that a sitter has is to assure that the person using the salvia is kept safe and the person does not cause self harm or harm to others around him. Nothing else is a more important role of the sitter than the person’s safety while using the drug. You will want to make sure that you monitor the person but don’t be up in their face. Make like you’re not there but make sure that you are and being patient and cautious.
What not to do
There are many things that a sitter could do which could worsen the high of the user and cause the person to go crazy. When someone is on salvia, the sitter must not make surprise (or quick) movements or use physical force on the person that is using the salvia. Make sure that you don’t have any knives, guns, or other dangerous items lying around near you either – put them away from being discovered because the mind of someone on salvia is different than a person with common sense and good judgment.
What to do
Make sure that the person does not find any weapons as it could lead to potential harm of the user, you, or others around you. Be sure that the person using the salvia doesn’t fall, walk into walls, windows, or doors, and doesn’t walk around in public or operate any machinery. You should also make sure that the person using the salvia is nowhere near an open flame or hot objects either. When a stranger or someone the user knows comes around without notice, you have to make sure that you get them out of the property immediately because it could make things a lot more serious than they really are.
