Sublingual Salvia Use
You can use salvia through a sublingual absorption. This is another option which will allow you to avoid smoking salvia if you want to. This is done with various methods which could include a tincture or elixir and both soft and hard extracts. This is done by placing the tincture, elixir, or extract underneath your tongue and it will get absorbed.
Usage
Any sublingual method of using salvia is the same. The piece is held under your tongue and the salvinorin will get absorbed into membranes in your mouth. After it gets absorbed in your mouth it will work its way to your bloodstream and that is where the strongest point of the high is produced. The potency of the high and the amount of the time that it lasts is the same as it would be if you are chewing the salvia leaves through the quid technique. The only difference to modify your salvia quality is by using a different type of extract as it will affect the high.
If you don’t really enjoy chewing the quid because of the bitterness you may be able to cope with sublingual usage of salvia. Many people may still not really like the taste of the tincture or extract but it could be easier to deal with when you want to make sure you get the maximum high possible.
